Meal 3: 40 gm oatmeal, 35gm protein powder
Meal 4: FREE MEAL flank steak at dinner with med baked potato and cesar salad
Meal 5: 2 cans tuna, 2tbsp low fat/cal salad dressing, 2 slices ezekial bread, 1 slice of cheese

Supps: 5000iu Vit d, 20gm bcaa, 5gm creatine
